Vice President, Credit Accounting

The VP of Credit Accounting will oversee the accounting and financial reporting for Credit investment structures, including new acquisitions, restructurings, and dispositions. Manages the global accounting model, policy, and processes for the Credit asset class and ensures accurate Yardi system setup. Leads the month-end close across accruals, consolidation, GAAP adjustments, and performance reporting, including waterfall and management fee calculations. Coordinates with valuations for quarterly and annual asset-level appraisals and fair value adjustments; ensures SOX-compliant internal controls with Internal Audit. Partners with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Oversight to answer investment return queries and deliver investor and GIPS/ILPA/NCREIF reporting. Builds and develops the team, implements new processes and technology, and collaborates with Tax, Valuations, Investor Services, IT, and Treasury to support growth and cash management.
