Project Manager/Estimator

Lead disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate to completion in a hybrid field-office role. Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage, prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility, and manage budgets. Coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders while overseeing vendor and subcontractor performance to meet deadlines. Handle change orders, maintain schedules, and ensure project quality and client satisfaction from start to finish. Requirements include 3+ years of project management in construction (residential preferred) or property claims field adjusting; proficiency with Xactimate, Symbility, DASH, and MS Office; valid driver’s license.
