Senior Manager, U.S. Operational Risk Management (Process Management)

Own the process-mapping program for U.S. Operational Risk Management, detailing current and future state workflows with process owners. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and regulatory non-compliance; design and implement risk controls integrated into processes. Develop and maintain a centralized repository of end-to-end process maps and RSCAs, ensuring evergreen, audit-ready documentation. Lead testing of control effectiveness, escalate findings, and partner with leadership to drive remediation and governance. Manage projects from scoping to delivery, balancing quality, scope, time, and cost while aligning with head office expectations. Communicate risks, dashboards, and recommendations clearly to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
