Own the automated flow of custom development from development to QA and into production, ensuring reliable delivery.Ensure secure, reliable access for internal and external users to the required applications; monitor performance and availability.Partner with development and QA to provide tools, guidance, and troubleshooting; influence software architecture to simplify operations.Manage environments and deployments, perform off-hours maintenance and upgrades, and prioritize work with Jira; document procedures in Confluence.Contribute to roadmaps and deployment strategies, drive operational excellence, and collaborate across teams to research, resolve, and prevent issues.Maintain a proactive, self-motivated approach with hands-on skills in scripting, CI/CD, IaC, cloud, containers, and networking.
