Lead market-focused architecture initiatives in retail, hospitality, and workplace sectors to drive strategic growth and market share. Develop and execute strategic plans, identify market drivers at national, regional, and local levels, and coordinate resources. Drive internal collaboration through pre-positioning, capture plans, and integrated sales across the enterprise. Build and nurture client relationships, pursue strategic opportunities, and oversee qualification packages, pricing, and proposals. Provide leadership for project delivery, staffing, and team development to ensure design excellence and lifecycle services. Travel as needed to represent the organization and engage key stakeholders across regions.
