Superintendent - NYCDOT

Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor to drive timely and profitable completion of NYCDOT projects. Inspect contractor and subcontract operations for contract compliance and maintain strong working relationships with all trades. Develop and maintain site logistics plans in coordination with the Project Manager and coordinate site testing and inspections. Monitor costs, including labor hours and materials, and manage detailed short-term schedules to keep activities on or ahead of schedule. Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports; attend project and subcontractor meetings; enforce safety programs. Demonstrate leadership, sound decision-making, and excellent communication, promoting an injury-free environment.
