General Superintendent - Water & Wastewater Construction

Owns and leads all field operations on water and wastewater construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, self-perform work, and subcontractor coordination drive timely, profitable delivery. Collaborates with the Project Director, Senior Project Superintendent, and Project Manager, keeping leadership fully informed of field status, cost, schedule, and risk. Directs all Superintendents, mentors field staff, and leads initiatives requiring on-site expertise and teamwork. Develops and maintains CPM schedules with emphasis on self-performed work, plans site logistics, budgets, labor productivity, and chart of accounts during preconstruction. Controls costs, manages materials, equipment, rentals, and yard usage, and enforces safety programs and the project quality plan. Leads weekly coordination meetings, resolves field conflicts with Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors, and supports business development as needed.
