As the Manager of Commercial Analysis and Reporting, you will translate data into actionable insights that drive merchant growth, program performance, and client success. Lead the design, maintenance, and automation of reporting solutions, including dashboards and KPI tracking for internal teams and clients. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across merchant programs; monitor performance and support optimization initiatives. Convey complex data in clear, audience-tailored insights; present findings during client reviews and cross-functional meetings. Collaborate with the data and analytics teams to shape strategy, data methodologies, and reporting tools; explore AI-enabled analytics where appropriate. Role requires on-site presence in New York City four days a week with limited travel.
