Product Manager, Active Trading

Define the vision and roadmap for active trading, elevating traders' experience with AI within safety and regulatory boundaries. Ship end-to-end features with Research, Design, Engineering, and Data Science from rapid prototyping to launch. Translate policies into reusable guardrails by collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Privacy. Lead launches, customer education, support readiness, and cross-functional communications; coordinate go-to-market efforts. Prioritize features based on user feedback, impact, and strategic alignment; set and track clear metrics. Operate in a hybrid environment with in-person work required (3 days per week) across offices while ensuring explainability and trust in AI.
