Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU / ICU

Join a fast-paced 18-bed PCU/ICU unit caring for neuro, stroke, and ICU-level patients who are not vented. The RN manages patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve safe, cost-effective outcomes. Demonstrates collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and effective resource management in daily practice. Qualifications include graduation from NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited programs or three years of related nursing experience. Current RN license in Indiana under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) is required. Strong clinical skills in neuro and stroke care, patient safety, and accurate documentation are essential.
