Legal Administrative Assistant (Litigation)
This is a hybrid, full-time, non-exempt Legal Administrative Assistant role based in Houston, supporting multiple attorneys in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Coordinate incoming/outgoing communications, travel, meetings, calendar management, and conference room bookings with discretion and professionalism. Prepare, format, and proofread litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, settlements, and client correspondence; e-file as required. Docket deadlines and manage calendars for hearings, mediations, and trials; prepare daily time entries for timekeepers. Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate client billing, process expense reimbursements, and assist with invoices as requested. Requires 3–5 years of litigation-focused experience, advanced MS Office skills, 60 wpm typing, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
