Manager, Supply Chain Systems

Lead the day-to-day operations of EDI/B2B systems within the supply chain, ensuring reliability and alignment with business needs. Manage a team responsible for system support, maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with customer service, sales, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement new trading partners. Oversee testing, configuration, architecture, and deployment of new functionalities with minimal operational disruption. Analyze system performance and supply chain data to identify process improvements and cost savings while optimizing workflows. Provide guidance, training, and documentation to users, and ensure cross-functional integration with other business processes.
