Landscape Construction Laborer

The Landscape Construction Laborer supports landscape installation and maintenance tasks on-site, performing planting, soil preparation, sod and seed installation, and material handling. Responsibilities include manual excavation with a shovel and the handling and installation of trees and shrubs. They manage fertilizers and soil enrichment materials, move and spread soil and aggregates, and prepare seed beds. Use hand tools, including wheelbarrows, and load/unload materials to support safe and efficient operations. Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safe working practices in demanding outdoor conditions. This role requires 8+ hours per day, some overtime, and working outdoors in extreme temperatures and near traffic or water hazards.
