Lead the Study Start-Up (SSU) Hub as a global center of excellence, shaping and implementing a unified global SSU capability strategy. Ensure scalable, on-time, high-quality start-up delivery across programs and therapeutic areas, with portfolio-level visibility of risks. Champion innovation through digital solutions, predictive analytics, and harmonized ways of working across the global portfolio. Build and mentor a high-performing global SSU leadership team, driving succession planning, talent development, and accountability. Govern start-up activities with clear metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Engage stakeholders across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Operations, and Regions to enable faster, more predictable trial execution and alignment of resources.
