Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk focused on timely processing of vendor invoices for factory-direct orders. Audit and validate invoice costs, calculate freight for factory-direct invoices, and resolve internal inquiries. Enter and process factory-direct invoices in the Accounts Payable system; escalate issues as needed. Requirements include 1-2 years in Accounts Payable, proficiency with Word and Excel, and strong English communication; SAP or similar ERP preferred. On-site role with first shift, hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; salary $18 - $18.12 per hour. Foodservice or distribution experience is a plus; a high school diploma is required.
