RN Nurse Residency Program - Registered Nurse Resident

The Nurse Residency Program provides new graduate RNs with eight weeks of instruction, including online coursework, in-person labs, and precepted clinical care, followed by extended mentorship. A state-of-the-art simulation lab supports safe skills practice and independent home-based care only when you feel confident. You will work one-on-one with a dedicated clinical mentor while delivering compassionate, client-centered care to individuals of all ages and diagnoses in their homes. Responsibilities include monitoring and assessing client conditions, following and documenting physicians' orders, and performing comprehensive client assessments.
