Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist
Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of large-scale Google Ads and Meta Paid Ads campaigns across multiple regions. Monitor performance daily, implement tactics to improve efficiency, scale, and quality of leads; optimize bidding strategies and ad copy. Own setup of new campaigns and ad groups; design and run rigorous A/B tests on ads and landing pages to drive KPI improvements. Produce regular performance reports focusing on CPL, conversion rate, and ROI; translate insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Strategist and Creative Director to align paid media with business goals; leverage AI and LLMs to boost productivity. Maintain tracking integrity and GBP assets; manage GTM tagging and data accuracy across campaigns.
