Collaborate with Sales leadership, Medical, Insights & Analytics to guide key decisions and ensure flawless program execution. Lead cross-functional teams in content development, field feedback, KOL engagement, and the creation of promotional tools. Oversee budgets, regulatory review processes, and agency partnerships, while monitoring performance to optimize ROI. Support annual brand planning, sales training, and cross-franchise alignment to deliver a cohesive marketing strategy.
