HR Generalist/HR Business Partner

Serve as the first-line HR partner to managers in a unionized environment. Coach leaders on performance management, documentation, and employee development. Lead employee relations, workplace investigations, and grievance processes. Interpret and apply Collective Bargaining Agreement provisions; coordinate union-management matters. Own full-cycle recruiting, candidate assessment, and smooth onboarding. Maintain HRIS records, ensure employment law compliance, and support audits.
