Supply Chain Coordinator

Coordinate and negotiate inventory purchases across supply chain stakeholders to support on-time delivery. Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure proper inbound inventory flow. Communicate PO and transportation details with vendors and internal teams, optimizing costs and timelines. Update weekly and ad-hoc reports to maintain accurate inventory, costs, destinations, and ETA. Monitor customer order dates and backorders, adjusting plans to reflect receipt forecasts. Partner with Inventory Management, Merchandising, Sourcing, Distribution Center Operations, and Transportation to resolve issues and drive efficient operations.
