HR Generalist (Hybrid - Houston, TX area)
The HR Generalist supports assigned business groups by handling core HR tasks and Dayforce system activities with accuracy and discretion. Responsibilities include onboarding, employee data validation, and processing HR transactions such as hires, terminations, transfers, and changes. Provide policy guidance, respond to standard employee questions, and escalate complex issues to the HRBP and REX Center as needed. Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy and information security for sensitive employee information throughout all processes. Facilitate Dayforce training, act as a liaison between the REX Center and FOCs, and support ticket closure in ServiceNow. Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, customer focus, and the ability to multi-task in a manufacturing/blue-collar environment.
