Regional Sales Director, South Central
The Regional Sales Director will identify, recruit, train, and retain top CTAS talent; establish and execute regional sales objectives; manage budgets and regional operating plans; develop strategically targeted, account-specific business plans; build strong relationships with key oncology centers and stakeholders; lead cross-functional teams to drive adoption, access, and long-term partnerships; ensure adherence to FDA, OIG, and PhRMA guidelines; provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to the sales team; monitor performance metrics and market trends to consistently meet or exceed regional sales targets; foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and professional growth.
