Corporate Compliance Monitoring and Testing Associate

Support the planning and execution of monitoring and testing engagements to validate the efficacy of internal controls under U.S. banking regulations. Contribute to the development of testing scripts, information requests, and concise issue memorandums. Perform fieldwork to assess control effectiveness and prepare cohesive work papers aligned with department standards. Identify underlying issues, escalate findings to stakeholders, and draft Issue Memorandums and Reports for management. Register and track identified issues, oversee corrective action plans, and validate remediation efforts. Stay informed of regulatory changes and adapt to evolving business models in a hybrid work environment.
