Desktop Support Engineer (Freelancer) – Hoboken, NJ

Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and printers, performing hardware repairs and replacements as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues across network devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory. Handle incident management and service requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals, and coordinate with remote teams and vendors for escalations. Maintain asset inventory and documentation of all service activities while delivering excellent customer service and clear end-user communication.
