Serve as a strategic HR partner for Global Supply Chain and Integration, delivering high-value HR programs and services. Partner with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance. Utilize HR metrics and data to design evidence-based solutions, monitor effectiveness, and provide real-time guidance across the team. Maintain a visible HR presence onsite, foster a positive culture, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deploy solutions in talent management, training, compensation, and benefits. Lead and influence staffing strategies, leadership development, and employee experience initiatives while modeling organizational values. Navigate a matrixed environment, manage projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver proactive HR support.
