IT Cybersecurity Specialist (CUSTSPT/INFOSEC)

This position is part of the Cyber Excepted Service and supports national cybersecurity operations by protecting and optimizing information systems. Provide troubleshooting, system integration, and configuration evaluation across applications and desktop environments. Assist customers with IT services, communicate status and technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrate attention to detail by reviewing data and work products for accuracy and standards compliance. Collaborate with IT staff to identify and address routine information technology issues and requests. Qualifications span GG-07 to GG-12 with education and experience-based pathways, including graduate education substitution where applicable.
