Registered Nurse - Med-Surg North Kelemen 10

The Registered Nurse provides professional care to a defined group of patients on a telemetry-capable Med-Surg unit. Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to unit policies and patient safety standards. Delivers patient-centered care and communicates effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. Participates in daily multidisciplinary rounds and collaborates with pharmacists to support timely, quality care and discharge planning. Requires NLN-accredited nursing education, NJ RN license, and NJ BLS; advanced certifications (ACLS, NALS, PALS) may be required. Demonstrates core professional values, upholds standards, and contributes to continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
