AI & Distributed Systems Backend Engineer - Senior Manager

Lead the delivery of complex backend and platform initiatives across AI and distributed systems, ensuring high quality and timely outcomes. Collaborate with clients to elicit requirements, define roadmaps, and manage engagements, budgets, and resources. Design and review architectures, contribute to design decisions, and write clean, maintainable code with a focus on testability. Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment, perform peer code reviews, and implement unit testing or TDD to ensure robust software. Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and navigate ambiguous challenges with clarity. Drive cloud and distributed systems initiatives, leveraging Java or C#, Spring Boot, .NET, AWS, and GCP to deliver scalable production systems.
