Insurance Defense Attorney — Bodily Injury

Handle auto bodily injury defense cases from commencement to resolution in a motor vehicle insurance defense setting. Represent insureds and/or insurers in courts and arbitrations, drafting pleadings, motions, statements, and trial briefs. Negotiate settlements and partner with clients and claims teams to provide timely litigation updates and risk assessments. Analyze written discovery, depositions, and medical records to evaluate claim value and exposure. Manage cases with strong organization, attention to detail, and adherence to ethical duties while negotiating on behalf of clients. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel and requires residency within a reasonable driving distance of the supported office.
