Complaints Compliance Specialist III
Gathers, investigates, and analyzes data to identify potential process failures, regulatory violations, and consumer harm while protecting sensitive information. Researches and interprets applicable laws and regulations for each complaint. Documents conclusions, develops recommendations, and conducts follow-up to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions. Prepares clear, concise responses to consumers or agencies within established timeframes, using proper grammar and writing style. Assists in establishing and updating standards, policies, and procedures affecting compliance; may develop training programs. Supports the Compliance Manager in the Compliance Management Program, including training, internal assessments, and reporting; ensures all activities comply with laws and policies.
