HR & Employee Support Center Operations Specialist

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR operational and Workday inquiries. Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday (hire, change, transfer, separation) and maintain data accuracy. Troubleshoot issues, conduct data audits, ensure governance and compliance; support semiannual Workday releases. Follow SOPs, identify automation opportunities, standardize workflows, and provide actionable insights. Deliver reporting, dashboards, and training materials; develop knowledge articles and job aids. Partner with HR Technology and other HR teams to optimize system functionality and service delivery.
