Field Trainee

Entry-level field internship supporting multi-site commercial construction projects, with a focus on non-residential facilities. Assist with on-site field duties, coordinate subcontractors, and help ensure timely, accurate completion of work. Maintain blueprints and field books, prepare daily construction reports, and assist in preparing contract item lists and change orders. Review contract drawings and shop drawings for proper coordination of built-in items and materials release. Support project engineers and superintendents in safety, quality control, and coordination tasks; demonstrate initiative beyond assigned duties. Work on-site in Azerables, embracing a team-based culture that values safety, integrity, and professional growth.
