Director of Marketing and Communications
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to promote programs and increase donor engagement for a senior services nonprofit. Oversee website and digital presence, manage social media, email campaigns, and online advertising; measure effectiveness and optimize accordingly. Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, annual reports, videos, and fundraising materials in collaboration with leadership and program teams. Lead budget planning, vendor management, and production of collateral, print materials, and promotional items. Support fundraising efforts by coordinating with Development on events, materials, and donor communications, and representing the organization to external stakeholders. Provide analytics, market research, and competitive insights to inform strategy and drive program awareness and revenue growth.
