New Graduate Nurse Residency

The New Graduate Nurse Residency program supports new graduates in transitioning to professional nursing through structured mentorship and hands-on practice. During the first year, you collaborate with educators to evolve from a student mindset into a high-functioning professional nurse. You complete simulations and skills labs to build clinical proficiency and confidence. Residency seminars enhance professional development while balancing clinical scheduling and department commitments. The role offers day or night shifts with full-time or part-time options across multiple units in Central Indiana. Eligibility includes BLS within 30 days and Indiana RN licensure within 90 days, with ADN or BSN completion preferred by August 2026.
