Strategic Sourcing and Contracting Specialist

Lead end-to-end IT procurement activities including stakeholder engagement, sourcing strategy development, RFP authoring, proposal analysis, and terms and conditions negotiation. Own supplier evaluation, bid analysis, and the creation and oversight of strategic IT contracts. Collaborate with legal, security, procurement, and program teams to ensure compliant, high-value supplier relationships. Develop and implement category strategies, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional initiatives. Required: 3+ years in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or contracts with IT supplier negotiation experience. Preferred: FAR/DFARS knowledge, DCAA alignment, and proficiency with Deltek Costpoint; strong communication and project leadership skills.
