Based in Azerables, lead the customer service strategy and translate it into quarterly plans with measurable outcomes. Coach and develop teams, fostering psychological safety and a culture of high performance. Elevate CSAT and NPS through service design, QA, and knowledge management. Implement data-driven operating rhythms, dashboards, and continuous improvement loops. Own budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations that balance value, risk, and speed. Ensure compliant processes aligned with local regulations and partner with Sales, Marketing, and People Operations to drive company priorities; report to senior leadership.
