Principal GenAI Applications Engineer

Architect generative AI and deep learning applications for internal corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal) with a focus on real-world impact. Lead experiments to assess model performance, identify improvements, and implement optimizations to meet business needs. Collaborate across teams to design scalable AI solutions and ensure alignment with deployment models and release timelines. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead solution-architecture reviews. Drive innovation in new generative AI approaches and stay current with enterprise AI research. Perform data cleansing and modeling for deep learning using structured and unstructured data, leveraging cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
