Case Manager/Legal Assistant

Join a growing personal injury practice as a Case Manager/Legal Assistant handling both pre-litigation and litigation work. Draft demand packets, request medical records, and organize client files to support claim resolution. Investigate claims, communicate with clients and carriers, and assist with petitions, discovery, and motions. Screen potential new cases and provide efficient case management in a fast-paced environment. Some litigation experience required; Spanish bilingual is a plus; starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $29.00 per hour, with discretionary bonuses and growth potential. This in-person role requires 30-45 hours per week (4-6 days) with free parking and opportunities to advance.
