Architect IV

Lead architectural assignments on assigned projects, applying standard techniques to a broad set of complex design challenges. Develop and review project scopes, facilities, and other baseline documents across all project phases; prepare estimates and schedules with workforce forecasts. Establish, track, and monitor material quantities; provide analysis and forecasts to support cost-effective solutions. Develop and review specifications and design criteria; incorporate health, safety, and environmental factors in design. Communicate effectively with management, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors; attend to detail and manage time efficiently. Basic qualifications include an accredited architecture degree, eight years of relevant experience, professional registration, and practical field experience; proficiency in discipline software and general business software; on-site role in Azerables, France.
