Client Support and Compliance Specialist

Provide regulatory compliance support for water and wastewater facilities, ensuring adherence to TCEQ and EPA requirements. Compile and review monthly board reports by merging data from billing and sampling teams with a focus on accuracy. Assist in regulatory inspections, document preparation, and cross-department communication to address issues promptly. Maintain compliance schedules, update sampling plans, and ensure 100% on-time regulatory report submissions. Prepare and review reports including Quarterly Disinfectant Level Operating Reports, Net Discharge Monitoring Reports, and annual sludge reports; support monthly and annual Subsidence District reports. Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and clear communication across teams to support facility compliance and regulator readiness, while pursuing a Class D license (TCEQ) as required.
