Private Cloud AI PCAI Customer Engineer

Support customers with hands-on onboarding of the PCAI Private Cloud AI product. Lead use-case adoption during the first three months post-purchase and provide informal product training. Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support to ensure early value and renewals. Act as the primary customer contact during onboarding, scheduling cadence calls and tracking progress. Guide customers through technical best practices in Kubernetes, data pipelines, and AI workloads. Proactively monitor progress, resolve issues, and capture feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
