Deliver outstanding client service as the primary contact for the practice, ensuring pet owners feel welcomed and supported. Greet visitors, answer phones, guide clients and their pets to exam rooms, and coordinate appointment scheduling and confirmations. Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, reach out to prospective clients, and explain fees while processing payments. Recommend and facilitate products and services, including prescriptions, and educate clients on general pet care and non-medical topics. Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, and maintain a clean, organized facility environment. Represent the team with professionalism and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace while supporting daily hospital operations.
