Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Provide and administer medications and treatments per physician orders within the nursing scope. Perform initial admission nursing assessment and contribute to MDS assessments, quarterly reviews, and care plans. Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation on diagnoses, treatments, and resident progress. Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate care. Lead limited supervision of staff and assist with direct resident care for ADLs, mobility, and personal care. Participate in in-service training, staff development, and apply process-improvement methods to enhance care delivery.
