VP, Risk Management

Directs and oversees all enterprise risk functions, including Compliance, BSA/AML, Fraud, Information and Physical Security, Business Continuity, Vendor Management, and ERM. Leads and develops staff in partnership with People Operations to build a high-performing risk management team. Shapes strategic planning to identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risk and to support executive decision-making. Develops risk analysis tools, methodologies, models, and risk tolerances while maintaining strong internal controls and HMDA reporting. Manages fraud prevention across products and channels, and coordinates BSA/AML efforts (including cannabis banking) with regulators and law enforcement. Oversees risk governance, policy management, incident investigations, board-level reporting, and risk-related budget and training initiatives.
