Project Team Manager

As a Project Team Manager, you will lead a team of technically skilled project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of client initiatives across the MSP service portfolio. You will allocate resources, oversee multiple concurrent engagements, enforce standardized project practices, manage risks, and ensure high-quality documentation and handoffs. You will collaborate with technical leads, account managers, engineers, and leadership to align project execution with business goals and client expectations, while acting as an escalation point for client concerns. Drive change management across people, processes, and technology in an EOS-driven environment, maintain clear communication of status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders, and optimize delivery through KPI tracking and tool optimization (ConnectWise, IT Glue, NinjaRMM, SharePoint).
