Content Marketing Analyst
As a Content Marketing Analyst, you will outline, write, edit, and publish online content to support marketing and self-service objectives. Collaborate with municipal managers to create and maintain microsites for city contracts and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines. Respond to website-related issues via ServiceNow tickets and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for content updates as needed. Partner with the Digital Customer Experience team to implement SEO best practices, identify needs, and drive content strategy. Analyze content performance, prepare reports, and use data to optimize pages and meet key business goals. Coordinate content publishing workflows, QA content from contractors, and support testing, analytics, and generative AI optimization.
