Banquet Cook

Prepare and produce a variety of high-quality dishes for banquet events in a fast-paced kitchen. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure dishes are cooked and plated to be served simultaneously. Weigh and measure ingredients and follow approved recipes to maintain consistent portions and flavors. Maintain knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and presentation; ensure freshness and accurate labeling with FIFO. Maintain cleanliness and safety, store leftovers properly, and stock stations and supplies as needed. Offer flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, while collaborating effectively with teammates.
