Human Resources Manager
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including staff management, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, retention, and direct development of HR staff to foster an engaged workforce. Partner with Corporate HR to deliver compensation, benefits, payroll, organizational development, and learning programs while maintaining consistent HR practices. Drive service excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance; monitor metrics and implement process improvements using lean principles. Develop and manage the department budget and staffing plans to ensure cost-effective operations aligned with organizational goals. Promote a culture of clear communication, teamwork, and continuous development by aligning with ICARE values and conducting regular staff development discussions.
