Client Service Representative
Provide exceptional client service as the first point of contact in a fast-paced veterinary setting, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for clients and their pets. Greet clients, answer phones, manage check-in/check-out, escort pets to exam rooms, and schedule appointments accurately. Explain services and fees, process payments, and assist with product purchases and prescription refills while maintaining organized records. Educate clients on general pet care topics and maintain up-to-date medical records and correspondence. Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills with a compassionate approach; flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Requirements include 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs in a pet-friendly environment.
