Distinguished AI Engineer

Lead the design, development, and deployment of responsible, scalable AI systems that impact customer experiences and business outcomes. Collaborate with engineers, scientists, program managers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products end-to-end. Build and operate components including foundation model training, large language model inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, governance, and observability. Leverage a broad stack of open-source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, NeMo Guardrails, and PyTorch. Drive optimization of training and inference, improving latency, throughput, scalability, and cost while maintaining responsible AI principles. Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems, mentoring teams and communicating complex AI concepts clearly.
